Key Responsibilities As a breakfast cook, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our guests start their day with an exceptional dining experience. Your main duties will include:
- Preparing and cooking breakfast items according to hotel standards and guest preferences.
- Ensuring the kitchen is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Managing food preparation efficiently to meet service demands.
- Assisting with inventory and stock control for breakfast ingredients.
- Collaborating with the culinary team to maintain menu consistency and innovation.
- Maintaining a high standard of food presentation and quality control.
- Handling guest requests and accommodating dietary restrictions when necessary.
What We Are Looking For We seek a skilled, detail-oriented, and passionate breakfast cook to join our team. The ideal candidate should have:
- Previous experience in a kitchen setting, preferably in a hotel or high-volume breakfast service.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Schedule & location requirement - Early morning shifts.
- Weekend and holiday availability required.
- 8-hour shifts.
Work Location: Miami South Beach, FL.
Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of being stand and working on computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds or more.
Work Authorization : Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
