Job Description

NOW HIRING: OTR CDL-A DRIVERSEARN UP TO $0.74 CPM + BONUSES

Position: Solo OTR Driver
Time on the Road: 2-3 weeks per trip
Top Pay: Up to $0.74 CPM (including safety bonus)
Equipment: 2020-2021 Freightliner trucks (automatics & manuals available)

Minimum Requirements:

Age: 23 years or older
CDL: Valid Class A CDL
Medical Card: Must possess a valid DOT medical card
Experience: Minimum 12 months of verifiable OTR driving experience (preferably more)
Driving Record:
No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
No major/serious violations in the last 3 years (e.g., reckless driving, DUI, leaving the scene of an accident)
No more than 3 accidents in the last 3 years
No DOT-recordable accidents in the last 3 years
Criminal Background:
No felonies for arson, drug convictions, embezzlement, or theft in the last 7 years
No violent or sexual offense felonies in the last 20 years
Drug/Alcohol History:
No more than 2 drug/alcohol offenses in the last 10 years
Physical Capability: Must be able to safely perform job functions

Pay Structure:

Base Pay: $0.60 - $0.70 CPM (based on experience)
Safety Bonus: +$0.04 CPM (awarded immediately for accident & ticket-free drivers)
Weekly Pay

Experience-Based Pay Scale:

<1 year: $0.60 CPM
1 year: $0.62 CPM
2 years: $0.64 CPM
3 years: $0.66 CPM
4 years: $0.68 CPM
5+ years: $0.70 CPM
Team Pay: Up to $0.79 CPM (plus safety bonus)
