Established FedEx Contractor in New Jersey is hiring for a Working Package & Delivery Manager. We are looking for a responsible Manager to ensure timely distribution of packages promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Must pass a Background Check.
• No CDL Required; however, must have Basic truck knowledge and be able to drive a Straight Truck. 
• Must complete a DOT physical ( Or have a Medical Certificate Card) and Drug screen. ** Random Drug Tests** 
•  Good driving history is a must. 
• Must be able to lift heavy packages.
•  Prepared to Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes, as needed.
•  Follow routes and time schedule when delegating jobs. 
• Prepared to Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle. (Adapt to any situation/job) 
• Must be a Multi-Tasker 
•  Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ and/or driver complaints.
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Logistic Skills
• Team Player
