Roles: SAP SD Lead Analyst

Job Summary: Provide expert level business process guidance on Navy ERP's SAP requirements and design.

Job Description: Applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Designs and configures business processes in SAP SD to meet customer requirements.

MUST HAVES:

• 10 or more years of SAP experience
• 5 or more years SAP SD experience
• Subject Matter Expert experience in designing/configuring business processes in the SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) module
• Ability to serve as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
• Knowledge of and experience with DoD and/or Navy ERP and IT architectures
• Federal experience
• Bachelor's degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline related to area of expertise
• Microsoft Office Professional

Job Skills:

• Understanding of Change Management processes
• Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix
• Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer handling skills
• Experience in the software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and postproduction support of standard and custom business solutions

Job Requirements:

• Analyzing, configuring, and optimizing SAP SD to meet customer requirements
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand S&D processes
• Implementing system enhancements
• Ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules

Providing leadership to large teams of functional or technical personnel
