Warehouse Specialist – Nexeo HR
Nexeo HR is seeking skilled and reliable Warehouse Specialists. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of forklift experience and a background in inventory control. This role plays a key part in managing the flow of materials in and out of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout the supply chain process.
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for coordinating and processing all incoming deliveries to the plant and outgoing shipments. This position requires accurate documentation of materials and prompt distribution to the correct department or warehouse location. A resume is required for this position.
Responsibilities
• Handle and store materials in compliance with company policies and GMP procedures.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, walkie riders, order selectors, and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently.
• Coordinate and process incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate and timely handling.
• Conduct daily cycle counts of raw materials, molded components, and finished goods.
• Perform zone counts as directed and initiate inventory adjustments to maintain inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
• Familiarity with shipping procedures, including loading/unloading trailers, handling commercial invoices, and processing international shipments.
• Must have valid forklift training and operator certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel), and comfortable learning additional software such as Oracle and other web-based systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to express information clearly and effectively.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience required.
Pay
$19.00 Per Hour
Schedule
Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm
